Congressional Candidate DeLuz Receives Key Endorsement from CA ProLife Council

Sacramento, Calif. – With less than a month before the March primaries, conservative congressional District 6 candidate Craig DeLuz has received a key endorsement from the California ProLife Council (CPLC). Deluz, a Republican, is running to replace incumbent Ami Bera for the 6th Congressional District in Sacramento County.

“I am honored to receive the powerful and important endorsement of the California ProLife Council,” Deluz said. “My goal as a member of Congress is to do what I can and implement policies to address the issues that would cause a mother to choose abortion.”

The CPLC is a non-profit, non-partisan, non-sectarian grassroots organization dedicated to restoring legal protection for vulnerable individual lives, particularly those at risk of abortion, infanticide, and euthanasia. The goal of the CPLC is to change public opinion through education and work within the law to change the law.

“As a congressman, I will work to reduce unwanted pregnancies, promote abortion alternatives and ensure that those abortions that do happen are as safe as possible. I believe these are positions that both pro-choice and pro-life individuals can agree and work together to make happen,” added DeLuz.

With voting for the March 5 primary underway, the endorsement from the CPLC cements DeLuz as the Republican frontrunner and adds to his reputation as a proven pro-life conservative Republican. DeLuz is a small business owner and elected official with more than 30 years of experience in California politics. He was elected to Robla School District in 2005 where he has served as president for over 10 years on the board.
